Choose the Level of Support That Suits Your Family
Preparation Support
We review your information, identify the key issues and prepare the agreed documents, recommendations or action plan.
This is suitable for parents who want comprehensive preparation but feel confident managing the next stage themselves.
Supported Casework
Supported Casework includes preparation plus continued practical help through the next agreed stage.
Depending on the service, this may include meeting attendance, local-authority response reviews, amendment discussions, case-management forms or hearing preparation.
SEND and School Support Services
Children do not need an EHCP or formal diagnosis before receiving SEN Support in school.
We help parents understand what support should already be happening, identify what may be missing and prepare for constructive discussions with the school.
SEND Review and Action Plan
A focused review of SEN Support, APDR records, targets, interventions and current provision.
School Meeting Support
Preparation for meetings with the SENCO, school or local authority, with attendance available through supported casework.
Reasonable Adjustments and Next Steps
Practical recommendations to help a child access learning, manage the school environment and participate more consistently.
EHCP Application and Evidence Services
An effective EHC needs assessment request should explain the child’s needs, the educational impact, the support already attempted and why statutory assessment may be necessary.
EHCP Application Support
Complete preparation of an EHC needs assessment request, parent statement and evidence index.
Parent Statements and Young Person’s Views
Structured statements that explain needs, daily impact, support required and aspirations.
EHCP Evidence Review
Help identifying, organising and summarising school records, professional reports and parental evidence.
Supported EHCP Application
Continued support through submission, the six-week decision stage and initial local-authority responses.
EHCP Plan Reviews and Amendments
An EHCP should accurately describe every identified need and clearly specify the provision required.
We review plans for omissions, vague wording, weak outcomes and inconsistencies between professional evidence and the plan.
Draft EHCP Review
Detailed review of Sections B, E, F and I, including proposed wording and parental representations.
EHCP Annual Review Support
Preparation for annual reviews, review of delivered provision, written amendments and supported meeting attendance.
Phase Transfer Support
Support for transitions to secondary school, post-16 provision or another key educational stage.
EHCP Refusals and SEND Tribunal Support
A local-authority refusal or weak final EHCP does not necessarily mean that the process has ended.
We help parents understand the issues in dispute, organise evidence and prepare clear appeal documentation.
Refusal-to-Assess Appeal Support
Support reviewing the refusal, preparing SEND35A, appeal grounds, statements and supporting evidence.
Final EHCP Appeal Preparation
Preparation for appeals involving Sections B, F or I of a final EHCP.
Managed Tribunal Casework
Continued practical support with local-authority responses, tribunal directions, working documents, case-review forms and hearing preparation.
ADHD and Autism Assessment Services
Assessment should help families understand a child or young person’s profile and identify meaningful next steps.
School of Diversity provides access to Chartered Registered Psychologist-led ADHD and autism assessment pathways with clear reports and practical recommendations.
ADHD Assessments
Assessment of attention, impulsivity, executive functioning and associated needs.
Autism Assessments
Structured assessment of communication, interaction, sensory profile, behaviour and developmental history.
Combined or Complex Assessment Pathways
Where appropriate, assessment can consider overlapping or interacting neurodevelopmental needs.
DLA Application and Appeal Support
Disability Living Allowance decisions depend on the additional care, supervision or mobility needs a child has compared with another child of the same age.
We help parents explain these needs clearly and organise relevant supporting evidence.
DLA Application Support
Detailed support with new claims and renewals, including daytime, night-time, safety and mobility needs.
Supported DLA Application
Application preparation plus completed-form review, evidence organisation and initial decision review.
Mandatory Reconsideration and Appeal Support
Support reviewing a decision, preparing reconsideration statements and organising appeal evidence.
Joined-Up Support Across Several Stages
Some families need support across more than one stage.
Combined packages can reduce repeated consultations and duplicated evidence review while giving parents continuity throughout the process.
EHCP Preparation Journey
EHCP application preparation followed by a later draft-plan health check.
Supported EHCP Journey
Application preparation, assessment-stage support, detailed draft review, amendments and initial final-plan review.
SEND Review and Meeting Support
SEN Support review followed by meeting preparation, attendance and follow-up.
DLA Application and Evidence Support
Application preparation combined with enhanced evidence organisation.
