Start small

Not sure where to begin?

Think about one difficulty that is making life harder for your child right now.

  1. Write down a recent example and your child’s own view, where possible.
  2. Note what helped, what made things harder and what support is already in place.
  3. Choose one relevant guide or module, then identify a practical step to try or a question to ask.

You do not need to read everything today. Come back as your family’s priorities change.
