FAQ — Membership Support Modules

How do the support modules work?

Each support module is accessed through a monthly membership. Once you sign up, you can log in and work through the content at your own pace. There are no deadlines or fixed schedules, so you can return to the materials whenever you need.

Yes. You can access more than one module at the same time if you feel this would be helpful, and you can also upgrade later if your child’s needs change or overlap. For example ADHD and Dyslexia

No. A diagnosis is not required. The modules are designed to support children and young people based on their needs, not labels. Many families use the modules while awaiting assessment or without pursuing one at all.

The modules are designed to support:

  • children (Primary Age)

  • teenagers (Secondary Age)

  • young adults (Further Education and Work)

The guidance is adaptable, with strategies that can be applied across home, school, college, public spaces and online environments.

Each module includes a mix of written guides and videos, allowing you to engage in the way that suits you best. All content is self-paced, so you can move through it gradually or revisit specific sections as needed.

Yes. Membership includes:

  • email support for questions or clarification

  • community access, where available, to connect with others on similar journeys

This ensures you are not navigating the content in isolation.

That’s very common. If you’re unsure, you can:

  • start with the module that feels most relevant right now

  • access more than one module

  • or book a Parent SEN Support Session for personalised guidance before or after joining

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time through your account. Once cancelled, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Yes. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period.
If you feel the module is not right for you within this time — and only minimal content has been accessed — you can request a refund. Full details are available in our terms, and we aim to handle all requests fairly and transparently.

No. The modules are designed to support and empower families, not replace school provision, professional advice or statutory services. They help you understand needs, apply practical strategies, and communicate more confidently with others involved in your child’s support.

If you have a question that isn’t answered here, you’re welcome to get in touch — support should feel accessible, not complicated.
